Ridge Pointe Dental is a practice based upon Christian beliefs, and is filled with competent, caring individuals who use their talents to provide comprehensive patient care and customer service. We passionately pursue excellence by continuously striving to improve our clinical skills and people skills. We care for and respect each other at all times, and provide an environment which encourages personal growth as well as professional growth.
We are simultaneously leaders and learners. We strive to always provide an optimal environment in which our patients can have healthy and confident mouths. We give our patients the ability to say yes to health and beauty by serving them and providing them with ongoing education, beginning in early childhood and continuing throughout their lives.
We are a TEAM!!! We are united by a deep desire to make a difference in the lives of our patients. Our lives have balance because we prioritize our faith, families, and work. We complete ourselves by caring for our patients and community as a whole.
Our target market is all-inclusive; with the goal of attending to the dental care needs of all members of our community and the surrounding areas. We do not discriminate in any way, but rather choose to encourage healthy mouths and lifestyles for all people.
Our office environment reflects our desire to project our professionalism without a sense of exclusivity. It is warm, welcoming, and uncluttered, and is planned to optimize patient comfort and privacy.
Design Criteria: Design Summary
Design Criteria: Dental Technology
Ridge Pointe Dental is a paperless, fully digital office. We have a computer and two monitors in every operatory, with multiple technology stations throughout the office. We utilize intraoral cameras for documentation, patient education, and lab communication. A dental technology specialist was used to assist with the design and implementation of all our systems.
Design Criteria: Dental Equipment
All new Marus and Beaverstate equipment was purchased for the operatories. We have planned for a milling station in anticipation of future incorporation of
CAD CAM technology. Sensors on sinks allow for hands-free use. We utilize the
Nomad (by Aribex) hand-held unit for digital x-rays.
Design Criteria: Ergonomics
The office's smooth traffic flow and consult room have given us the ability to provide comprehensive, professional, private care for our patients. Dual-monitor operatories aid in providing patients with distraction and entertainment, and allow private chart information to remain out of sight. Double rear-entry treatment rooms with doctor's side delivery, designed with ideal dimensions and work surface placement, facilitate physical comfort and efficiency for all providers.
Design Criteria: Aesthetics
Our office's "look" completely describes our practice. We aspired to a warm, contemporary look that personifies beauty and excellence, exactly what we provide for our patients. Each treatment room features an expansive view of the surrounding neighborhood, and a feeling of connection to the outdoors.
The new facility has been well-received by our patients and visitors, and Oust as importantly), we all enjoy coming to work here each day. We are proud of every inch of our office, and this is reflected in our attitudes and enjoyment of what we do.
Design Advice: Dental Technology
Our advice to everyone thinking of this process is simple: hire a great team to assist you in creating your dream, and trust them to do their jobs well. With the proper team and communication, you can create the practice of your dreams!
